Student Opportunities !

Graduate students

We are actively seeking highly motivated graduate students (M.S. or Ph.D. level) with a strong passion for the biological sciences. Our lab focuses on a range of cutting-edge research topics, including:

  1. Development of novel genetically-encoded molecular biosensors

  2. Drug screening and discovery/development of new therapeutics

  3. Investigation of fundamental mechanisms underlying cell-cell communication and cell–microenvironment interactions

  4. Exploration of mechanobiological processes in health and disease

  5. Engineering CAR-T cells for solid tumor immunotherapy

If you are enthusiastic about any of these areas, please feel free to contact Dr. Tae-Jin Kim by email or phone to discuss potential opportunities.

Undergraduate students

We also welcome motivated undergraduate students who are eager to gain hands-on research experience in cell biology, molecular biology, or bioengineering. This is an excellent opportunity to explore experimental science in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Interested students are encouraged to reach out to Dr. Tae-Jin Kim for more information.
